Our academic personnel is composed of highly competitive individuals who have completed either their education or training abroad, are able to conduct research and transformed it into collective value, willing and eager to transfer the knowledge they have to their students successfully through research. At Abdullah Gül University, the class size is kept small in order to have a higher ratio of academic staff to students. Our students gain knowledge in classrooms of 15 students which enables them to be in close communication with the professors and lecturers.
Project Oriented Hands-on Education
AGU has an innovative and applied education system. The curriculum has been prepared based on experience and opinions of senior staff working in public and private sectors in accordance with the skills and knowledge base currently required from management trainees in businesses in general. Our students have the opportunity to get introduced to the theoretical knowledge in the field and at the same time they digest each course together with real life examples and exercise project based learning throughout their education. Therefore graduates of AGU BA Department will develop an awareness of the fast growing world and will take part in providing their own input.
Strong Partnerships with Business World
As the AGU BA Department one of our main targets is to develop connections with the real sector and provide career coaching for our students through this channel. Our students will stay in touch with prominent business figures from various sectors throughout their education. We organize company visits, invite speakers to share their own experiences and provide internship opportunities for our students.
