Guidelines for preparing petitions:
* When writing a petition, a blue ink pen should be used; a pencil/black ink pen should not be used.
* If a transcript is required in the petitions, it needs to be signed by the Student Affairs.
* Contact information (phone & email) is required in the petitions.
* Name-Surname, Date, and Signature are required in the petitions.
