ABOUT BA

ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT

Business Administration is one of the few disciplines that directly engages with both profit-oriented and non-profit organizations, as well as all of their internal units. The richness of the field derives from the strong interdisciplinary connections established between its subfields—such as marketing, production systems, management and human resources, finance and accounting, and quantitative methods—and related disciplines including psychology, law, economics, and information technologies.

The AGU Business Administration Undergraduate Program is designed to prepare future business professionals who are proficient in English, familiar with international business culture, and aware of global developments and challenges. The program aims to cultivate graduates who are professionally informed, well-equipped, and capable of adapting to the demands of increasing global trade and competition. In this way, the program provides students with the necessary foundation to pursue careers not only in national public and private sector institutions but also in international markets.

Furthermore, by embedding the concept of entrepreneurship into course content from the first year onward, the program enables its graduates to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to establish and manage their own businesses.
