On March 26th, our Career Planning course welcomed Dr. Erhan Aydın from Liverpool Business School, UK. He shared insights into academic life and its impact on career choices.
Dr. Aydın, a Senior Lecturer at Liverpool John Moores University, earned his PhD from Brunel University London. He's known for his research in diversity, HRM, and entrepreneurship.
As a member of Academy of Management and European Academy of Management, Dr. Aydın reviewed for prestigious journals like Gender, Work & Organization and served as an editorial board member for Human Relations and Gender Issues.
During his visit, Dr. Aydın met with over 300 students in our career planning course. He delivered a presentation and engaged with students, answering their questions and sharing valuable insights.
